foundaTIONAL LITERACY EXPRESS

  • 30-minute session
  • Individualized instruction grounded in the science of reading
  • Systematic and explicit introduction of phonics skills based on your child's goals and assessment data
  • Recommended for Pre-K & Kindergarten students or more frequent sessions

Foundational Literacy Lesson

  • 45-minute session
  • Individualized instruction grounded in the science of reading
  • Systematic and explicit introduction of phonics skills based on your child's goals and assessment data
  • Recommended for 1st and 2nd grade students or lower-frequency sessions


Advanced Literacy Lesson

  • 45-minute session
  • Spiraled review of foundational literacy skills 
  • Individualized instruction in fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, morphology, and writing
  • Recommended for 3rd-6th grade

sibling Hour

  • 60 minutes of instruction split between two children in one household. (Ideal as an add-on service to an older sibling's existing weekly sessions.) 
  • Low-stakes instruction beginning with pre-reading skills such as phonological awareness, letter-sound identification, and basic concepts of print 
  • Recommended for early readers (age 3+) before or after their sibling's session for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on their readiness for direct instruction

Literacy for littles

  • 15 minute lesson 
  • Low-stakes instruction beginning with pre-reading skills such as phonological awareness, letter-sound identification, and basic concepts of print 
  • Suitable for early readers with developmental delays (2-3 sessions a week) or early readers looking to get a head start on kindergarten literacy skills
  • A goal to move to foundational literacy express lesson 
  • Parent must be present for lesson 

Math Instructions

  • 30 or 45-minute session
  • Individualized instruction grounded in evidence-based practices
  • Systematic and explicit introduction of mathematical concepts based on your child's goals and assessment data
  • Instruction rooted in number sense, problem-solving, and fluency with math facts and procedures

Progress Monitoring

  • Recommended after 4-6 months of tutoring services
  • Comprehensive literacy assessment with measures tailored to student needs
  • Assessment summary 
  • Revised goals for tutoring 
  • Tutor touchpoint with school-based team if requested

Educational Consulting

  • Consult and professionally advise families on the Response to Intervention (RTI) / Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) process as well as IEP / 504 goals and school-based instructional supports
  • Conference with child's school-based team of teachers. 
  • Review and provide feedback on school documents such as benchmark assessment data 

School-Based Literacy Consulting

  • Ideal for Pre-K-6th grade schools
  • Support with needs- assessments, data analysis, curriculum selection, and instructional planning with leadership teams
  • Facilitate professional development seminars tailored to the school's needs in literacy 
  • Unit and instructional planning meetings with individual teachers or grade-level teams
  • Onsite classroom observations and 1-on-1 coaching

Parent Workshops

  • Open to any caregivers supporting literacy learning at home
  • Offered virtually in a group setting
  • Participants will leave with expert tips and tricks to support learning for their student at home
